*All tumblers that are not listed as READY TO SHIP are custom order and made to order.
Every item I make is made to order and made JUST for you! Even though it may look like that is pictured, it is going to be a one of kind product. With these being made by me, I do try my hardest to make a perfect product but when chunky glitter and epoxy is involved, nothing is 100% perfect. Please note that if there is small imperfections in your product, that just comes with hand making the products.
Please be sure the shipping address is the one you want your product shipped to. I am not responsible for any missing packages if the address that was given is incorrect.
RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS: These are custom pieces that once you order, I can NOT sell to anyone else. I do not accept returns or cancellation if your order is already placed and your tumbler is already started. Once your tumbler has arrived to you and if the item is defective, it must be returned within 30 days for the return to be issued or remade!
**PLEASE hand wash only, do not put tumblers in the microwave or dishwasher. Do not drop or leave tumbler in your vehicle or outside for more than a normal period of time.

I wasn’t gonna say anything.. but I was truly disappointed with my experience. I ordered 2 cups in September to avoid the Christmas rush, in hopes of receiving them early and having time to discuss design details I wanted to make sure it was just right. I didn’t receive my cup until a few days before christmas… so I couldn’t send them back for her to fix it. My first cup came with the wrong colored black glitter. I had her rhinestone a name on there but you could see where she took the first name off and all you see was the wrong name spelled underneath. The second cup, she messed up the design and forgot to add details to it. And I asked her to add chunky glitter to it, and I don’t see where she did that. It wasn’t the neatest cups. I asked for 2 cups with handles and they had no handles, and she put her logo sticker on both of the cups and epoxied them on do you couldn’t take them off. I had to chase her down the whole time of me waiting on my cups and had to DM Facebook, email her, tiktok message her, and DM her on Instagram Because she would never respond and I tried to cancel my order but she wouldn’t let me . Simply put… I’m not ordering from her ever again. I really feel it was a major waste of time and money spent ($127) for those cups I recieved..

I placed an order for a cup that Jessica had made and she made a duplicate for me. This cup was for my boss and she absolutely loves it.
I sent Jessica a picture of my purse and asked her if she could make a something with that particular pattern. She said she could, so I ordered. This cup was sent to my Mom and she totally loved it and couldn’t believe that it was made by someone locally with such talent. I posted this cup on Facebook and everyone has fallen in love with her cup and asked where I got it. Of course I tell them but will be ordering a couple more for Christmas gifts.
I am giving 5 stars ⭐️ because Jessica is a very talented young lady and I would recommend her work to anyone.
